For times when you need something a little easier, this decaf is one of the nicest you will find. As a light roast, it has a note of citrus. As a dark roast, enjoy the smoothness of cocoa. Either way, it has a fair amount of complexity and a pretty good mouthfeel without the effects of caffeine.
Our decaf is processed by the EA method (as opposed to the MC - Methyl Chloride or Water Process). Ethyl Acetate is a compound found in sugarcane, and introducing this natural compound to the coffee eliminates 97% of the caffeine from it. Compared to all other processes, this one tends to retain the most flavor of the coffee
